Martin a technocrat in its first incarnation gives the account that led to the disruption of Technocracy in BC which was under the leadership of Howard Scott. Steve is a member of the new growth of Technocracy in BC. Even though it broke apart the disolutioned members were impacted by the phylosophy of Technocracy. </description>
